Our faculty is composed of experienced industry professionals who are passionate about sharing their expertise and helping our students reach their full potential.

Our curriculum is designed to provide hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of filmmaking, from screenwriting and cinematography to editing and sound design. Afroz is a creative director, producer, and educator based in Dubai. As a world-wide evangelist for Blackmagic Design, Afroz is a sought-after expert in production and post-production. He has worked on projects with acclaimed author Stephen King, Warner Bros Middle East and Universal Brand Development, including Fantastic Beasts, Batman and Minions. Afroz has also directed and produced work for brands like Sephora, Nike, Mercedes and many more. He is dedicated to elevating the film industry in Dubai and is currently producing a feature film here in the UAE.

Dr. David Tully is a writer and researcher with a PhD in Literature from New York University. He has worked in various fields such as music network VH1, NYU Medical Center, and in film production. Tully wrote the screenplay for the successful Arab horror movie "DJINN" directed by Tobe Hooper in Dubai. He has also published a critical biography, a novel, completed a successful crowdfunding campaign for his next film "The Sandman" to be directed by Dario Argento and star Iggy Pop. He is recently in the development phase for his latest TV Series with an acclaimed hollywood studio.

Daniela Tully began her career working with famed film director Uli Edel while completing her film studies, went on to become head of script development at a film production company in Munich, and then moved to one of Germany’s major private networks. After this, she moved to Dubai, where she was hired to help develop the country’s film industry. She has been involved in projects such as the critically-acclaimed Fair Game, box-office hits Contagion and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, and the Oscar-winning The Help. She is also the author of the best selling novel Hotel on Shadow Lake.

Daniele Tully

Deema Holds an MFA in Cinematic Arts from The Red Sea Institution for Cinematic Arts and a BA in Visual Design from University of Jordan. She has taught across Media, Film and Video production. She is also a Producer, Director, and a Sound Engineer with an experience of over 8 years in the film, television and radio industry in the UAE and Middle East. In addition to her specialty in media, Deema is a graphic artist and a voice talent. Her voice is used for several brands in the region and was presented by Emirates NBD as the first virtual assistant in the middle east.
